Club Night with Ms Sujin and Ji
So finally Sujin and Ji (my new Korean Homey) agreed to come clubbin with a bunch of foreigners. This is huge for them. Foreigners make Koreans extremely nervous. Top that off with being black and you are looking at possible wetting themselves if made too nervous! We started off at HoBar (yes I know...the name is ridic)...but they make a mean Pina Colada!
We then tried to hit up supposedly one of the best clubs in Hongdae, Seoul but is was $20,000W ($20--dont freak). But still quite ridiculous. So we ended up at the Fave spot--Naked. This is the club with the most blakc people and hip-hop, dirty south, and r&b. Its usually a guaranteed good time and for $10,000W and a free drink I have no quams about hittin it up.
We danced until 5am and cabbed it home! Most nights we would have waited for the subway to come on at 5:30am, but we were too tired.
